We’re Ready for the Heat; the Critters are Fine.
I posted several on a local Bird watchers Facebook page to be replied with the sound of Crickets, there were no “boy howdy’s” or slaps on the back with a hearty hand shake.

Trail Camera Time.
In the event I capture photos of what ever wanders past I will then develop a plan to capture some interesting pictures. I am expecting to make several stops/starts until I figure out a procedure; mostly due to not having a manual or a tech line to call.

Great now that I have their activities planned for 6am tomorrow morning it remains to be seen if they got the message to co-operate with me; if not there is always Tuesday.

It’ a Nice Day to Chase a Rabbit and Various Other Little Animals; Skunks Don’t Run Away.
If she ever gets tangled up with an Otter, Raccoon or Skunk, well the Pole Cat is different that’s where she got her name from. She could not leave them alone, I assume it’s because Skunks don’t run away, they don’t have to.

That picture (I mentioned it in an earlier blog) looks as if it’s a flock of Bees flying way up there; I kept it anyway, that’s just the way I am.

A Different Side.
I’m in the house until the smoke clears, again, on the few occasions I venture out a 3-M respirator is my choice of smoke protection. The paper masks are fine for the C-19 but smoke is a different concern, the PM-10 is a killer. Smoke allergies are more common than we realize and cause serious illness or on occasion death;

A Few Clear Days; Another Fire.
Everyone in the family with the exception of the mid-northerners and New Yorkers are dealing with heavy smoke. Even Colorado, my daughter is socked in by the 3rd largest wildfire in Colorado history. If we’re not careful this could get serious real quick.
