It’s Thanksgiving Time Already; Another Cooking Contest that I will Lose.

I deep fried one once, and pretty much deserved to lose it was a bit too crispy, but there were no black carbon spots on it. That was an experience, luckily it was done on the Levee 60 feet from the house when the fire ball went up. Grass did not grow on that spot for several years, I thought it was the salt and mustard I smeared over the carcass.
