It is a curious event when an Owl is out and about during the daylight hours, making this even stranger is he is out in the bright sunlight. It’s not all that uncommon to see one during the day but normally they stay in the dark shade among the branches of an overgrown tree. Nonetheless he appears to be enjoying his perch between head bops from the smaller birds.
